Have u had many problems looking at getting one just timing chain being at rear worries me

and how would you recommend i go about the carbon build up as i assume it will never of been cleaned, cheers

They made modifications that reduced the chance, however the problem really only occurs in cars with bad service history, oil becomes thicker and clogs resulting in the timing chain not getting lubricated properly. That’s the most realistic explanation I’ve heard regarding timing failure
