E91 E61 E46 Tailgate / Trunk / Boot lid wire harness repair.
Open the rubber casing and replace the wire section, solder and close
the casing with some insulating tape and small zip ties.
I had 3 E91 and two of them had broken trunk wires so we can call it a common issue.
