Ypi can't import any sounds longer than like 20 seconds I believe (including songs) but you can plug your phone into it to play along to songs. You also have a USB on the back and can connect it to a computer. Although I haven't done that so I can't give you much advice on those situations
@@opiedrums6969 thanks! But do you know how to connect a phone? I tried it with a special cable for it and the app, but it didn't work out unfortunately.
@@fabifiren666 what didn't work? The app wouldn't open, or you couldn't hear anything? I find I have to run the audio mix knob pretty high and the master lower. Also you need to use the USB drive that looks like a house or one you'd use for a printer. Can't remember the actual name of it. Then use an adapter from USB to USB-C on the end of that.
As far as just the audio? I'm not sure. Everything works on wav files so thats what I'd assume. I just record out to a computer DAW. But I mostly use it for demoing with videos so I can send it to band mates and they can se what im playing.
So you could make multiple scenes with each sound you want. Them have the all assigned to the same pad in the different scenes. So when you go to the next scene it'll still be the same pad. Just a different scene and sound. You can also make them in order for how you use them in the gig so you're not flipping all around your scenes. Hope that makes sense.
@@opiedrums6969 meant to say export* but I figured out the problem, the samples needed to be longer, I added extra empty space at the end of the sounds and it works now.
Hello I got the Yamaha EAD10 and sorry to say but I’m probably feel stupid is saying this but I need help with the scenes, like I can’t figure out how to do different scenes like well well and stuff like that like every time I do my family is helping me about doing the stuff every time I do I have to do factory settings and it does it again and then when I do something else to play with some other knobs it doesn’t do things anymore and every time I tried the scenes it doesn’t work again how can I do this banner oh yeah and I’m doing this completely blind I lost my vision not 2018 and it ride and is annoying like I’m freaking frustrated I’m depressed a lot like I need some help like I got the river of work and I know how to do that now and then sex and all that but the scenes I don’t know how to do I I tried doing the scene snap on on the top of the the keyboard thing the module and I do that I turn on the app around it doesn’t work but it doesn’t have seen button like it has refurbished button and fax and trigger button but no scenes it’s just a knob but that doesn’t work so when I’m doing wrong please help thanks again I’m blind and I’m using my voice over with my iPhone to text you. And sorry about my spelling my voice over doesn’t know what I’m saying sometimes so I apologize
So you can get sounds for free online. Just do a Google search for free sounds and to assign them to the pad you want you just tap that pad and it'll select that one. Then you just upload it to the pad. Should I do a video on that?
