I hate solfège mostly because I didn’t learn it early in earnest, and I’m now a jazz singer and I’m trying to get this pitch recognition and sight reading stuff happening later than I’d like, so the scale degrees is so much easier for my brain because it’s how jazzers think. Michael is a phenomenal singer and teacher as well!!
