WHY IS THE FIRST COMMERCIAL SO FUCKING COOOL???????
I'm ashamed that I didn't find the commercials earlier, I thought I had watched all german mtv commercials from the early 2000s on youtube. I must work harder lmao. I'm still looking for more rare German Lupin commercials... I hope I'll find Hardyman tv commercials one day... Wish me good luck. You can find more Lupin german mtv videos on my channel btw.

the next 2h commercials felt like something out of a weird nightmare. Really interesting how the franchise was advertised in Germany, let alone in the 2000s

Man kann auch "das Anime" sagen, aber ich sage lieber "der Anime", das klingt einfach besser. 🤔 Weißt du zufällig noch ob die anderen Specials auch so coole Werbespots hatten? Leider war ich zu jung, deswegen habe ich es verpasst, aber vielleicht kann ich die bald auch noch finden. ;)

Nah germany aired a lot of anime shows in the 2000s/90s

@@sumirenko Yeah I checked their promotional material through the Archives, They even had Golden Boy lmaoooo And did the anime block move to "Cartoon Abend"? or it just stopped transmitting altogether

Sorry, I'm not sure because I watched anime shows on different channels in the 2000s, but I know MTV last aired Lupin in 2003. I think they stopped airing anime shows around the mid/late 2000s (?) but they still aired western cartoons for a long time. Now they only show random mtv shows, songs, spongebob, etc.

Sure maybe I'll upload more german dub clips with english subtitles (but I think part 1 and the Hardyman dub were the funniest) I wanted to rewatch all german dubs anyway (okay I haven't seen some modern german dubs yet) I'm just afraid to upload more clips because TMS can be very strict (they removed two compilations of mine and even terminated Lupin channels that only uploaded VERY short clips)
