I did a 30 day detox & I felt good. I hate that drunk feeling and I feel the same way you do. We too old to be over doing it. Cute drinks here & there.
I definitely feel like a detox is in order and then after in moderation especially hard liquor. That anxiety/hungover feeling is the absolute worstttt 😭
