I'm not sure why NYPD don't close off the street where the fire is. There's no way that any traffic should be going through the fire scene

Wow this was REALLY cool! It's really intense but at the same time the Firefighters are calm and completely in control of the situation. The focus and selfless heroism of these Firefighters is just..damn, I don't know how to say it any better than Amazing!🙏🏼🙏🏼

@@johnbratley6926 I'd love to see you do any better.... What side of the building did the video start? Where were those rigs parked in the beginning of the video? What was happening the A side of the building? Could you see through the building tonsee what was happening out front? Do you know what those units seen in the beginning of the building were there for? Did you notice what the first piece of equipment pulled off of that ladder was? Do you know what that orange sled is used for? Do you know what the job of that crew with the orange sled is? Do you know how much all of that gear they're wearing weighs? Do you know anything about fire ground operations? Stop pretending to be a real firefighter and go sign up.

The best "Q" video to date is Squad 252 responding balls to the wall in Manhattan. Cranking the Q and laying on the airhorn.

Strange how there isn't a single cop blocking all trafick from moving inbetween these fire trucks. Also strange that with a penthouse fire and maybe 10 laddertrucks on site not one single ladder is extended. They all seem to "ust simply hang arround". What is a standard crew being send to a fire in New York? Here in Belgium it is always 1 ladder, 1 pumptruck, ussualy one signals car and the firechief arriving on stie first. If needed more trucks are called in. One truck always has 4 firemen on board. In N.Y. it seems that a lor more trucks go as first reponders each with 6 to 8 people and the firechief arriving on site quite late, At least that is what I get from all your great video's.

Do you do they run pressure or volume most of the time on the engines
@857firephoto
@857firephoto 3 года назад
Not 100 percent sure, it’s GPM, Which is gallons per minute so I’d assume it’s pressure
@rs2352
@rs2352 3 года назад
Pressure. A key is the design of the piping you connect to in a highrise building. Often you will see either 150 psi or 250 psi maximum inlet pressure for the building fire mains.
