This is real authentic decorating. I feel like I walked into my grandmother’s lovely country home when I was a child. That goes back about 60 years. YES!!! I’ve been waiting for an Amy Fritz fall video! I actually went scrolling through your channel a few days ago to see if you had any fall videos yet, so I’m super excited to see this vid! I know it’s an “early” or “pre” fall video, but I will take it! I just love your style! There was a dough bowl with pumpkins and some greenery you put together a few years ago (you had it in your pretty sitting room in the old house) I remember I loved it so much, I ran out to Hobby Lobby and bought everything! It doesn’t look exactly like yours did, I made it my own… But it looks very similar and was definitely inspired by you! It turned out so beautiful and remains my fave fall “piece” to this day. I always get compliments on it! And just the other day, I went outside and cut several Limelight’s from my garden and put the in a vase. So beautiful!! They are definitely messy, but it’s worth it in the end! Your hydrangeas look so beautiful this year! I really enjoyed your August garden tour.. you should do more gardening videos🌻🍁

Loved the subtle touches of fall. Fall is my favorite time to decorate. I’m not sure if I will decorate this year. I just lost my husband of 35 yrs. & everyday is agonizing & I’m overwhelmed with grief. It’s awful how even the best memories are so sad. He always went thrifting with me always helping me find the treasures to display in our home. Hopefully God will give me peace & I can continue to do what we loved. Thanks for your inspiration.
The dried florals are so beautiful! I've tried many times to incorporate them into my home but I can't stop them from shedding all over☹️ is there any way to stop that happening?

I think you could put the hutch top back on your black buffet. I don't think it would compete with the medium-brown wood pie safe because they are two very different woods.
Hi I don’t decorate for fall. My home is decorated in fall colors. I do add blankets on our lounge chairs outside on the patio. And I remove some white that I have. We live in Texas so it’s hot.
Amy, I’m so happy the dried florals are back! The hydrangeas looks so beautiful in your basket. I also incorporate hydrangeas from my garden inside in summer and fall. I think hydrangeas add elegance! It all came together beautifully!
Amy, Good tip don't go craxy. Soft touches or light touches. I dont know much about ironstone. On ironstone pieces does it say 'Ironstone ' on the bottom of that obect? I eould like w couple smwll pieces, but not sute w g at to look for so i know it is ironstone . Love that sweet little apron and basket . Not ready for summer to go.

Oh Amy… I absolutely love your style. I just have so many collections that I love having displayed. 🤦♀️ It’s one of my sickness’s 😜 The large amber jar looks like one of my most precious pieces. My great grandfather was a doctor and mixed his own medicine. The medicine came in those large amber jars. This is a possibility 🤷🏼♀️. But, I so wanted to share this information with you. I am anxious to decorate for fall, but it's way too hot to even think about it...so, just enjoy the summer, take a dip in a pool, go to the beach, etc....also, where did you get your curtains? Amy, I love dried florals. I loved being able to pick them on the sides of the road in the country. Not much country left around the D/FW suburbs. It has been over 100 degrees for 47 days and so much of my beautiful plants have died. We had weeks without rain as well. I plan to plant a new row of limelights and a bobo in October. Here's hoping for an early fall that lasts and that we can enjoy being outdoors with what we are growing. xoxTX
Love the new corner piece, but I am missing the black hutch top.. To me it really anchored this room. And especially now with that gorgeous new black light fixture. I love the basket of hydrangeas and that cute basket on your accordion rack. Did you mention where that came from. I am looking for one just like that for my backdoor.

Of course I adore everything you do and today didn't disappoint! If you have another galvanized tray it would look wonderful on your dining table under your bowl of flowers with more granny smith apples. Their color would play well with the hydrangeas...just a thought.
