I have been using Specticle Flo in the fall, and I have no weeds...NONE! On the expensive side, but absolutely works!

Man I wish we could say the same! :) I think that might be what one of my neighbors tried too. Dallas just had some very weird weather over the last few seasons, and we’re paying for it! Maybe I can look into it for our fall treatment! Always open to suggestions! Thanks for the info!! Is your grass coming in nice now?

Looks promising, if I do the math correctly, I would have to spray in two different sections since I have common and hybrid Bermuda :) . In the end (previous homeowner planted two types in two sections). Weird how it’s different rate for type of Bermuda. I would get two treatments out of the bottle . Something to think about for sure! Seems fair! Thanks for the heads up!

Due to the wind, I had to spot spray my entire front. Looks like a blue leopard skin 🤪but at least that part is done!

What are you using the Negate to treat?

For the pesky Poa Annua. But luckily it also knocks out some tough Henbit that evades the other post emergent sprays. Negate seems to be the least expensive solution for the stuff and works well. There is also Revolver or Tribute Total if you have multiple yards to spray. But right now, Negates price of $55 is just fine as opposed to $400 :)
