We need to understand the difference between Speech Delay and Autism... Kids with speech delay, no exposure to outside world, keeping them in isolation and not taking them outside for play, no name calling response, no eye contact etc... Kids with these issues might exhibit autistic behaviour... It does mean they are having Autism... Bcos of lack of stimulation they might exhibit such autistic behavior... According to my knowledge there are many kids who has exhibited autistic behaviour are completely living normal and they are out of that spectrum.... Main thing is parents need to intervent in a early age and improve their parenting and interaction... Sensible Speech is very important for these kids... Autism is very big thing we cannot easily tag a kid as Autistic... Parents dont panic just improve ur parenting until ur kid speak fluently and sensibily...
