I remember when I was very young. Mayon volcano erupted and in a matter of hours the bright day turns into darkness with all the ashes covering up the sky. It was very terrifying moment. I can hear tiny rocks raining on our roofs and when it hits you, it hurts and it’s very hot. Just wanna share one of my experience with Mayon Volcano. 😅

In Bicol, Mayon, Bulusan, Iriga, and Isarog are classified as active based on the latest PHIVOLCS data (active = erupted in the past 10,000 years). Isarog and Iriga were recently added to the active volcanoes list. Meanwhile, Masaraga and Malinao are classified as either potentially active or extinct.

I was born in Albay, one of the provinces surrounding Mayon Volcano, back then I took it for granted, like "it was just there". But when we moved away I did miss it, and I learned to appreciate it's stunning beauty whenever we went to visit our old hometown.

@@semenking7287 well ashes are dangerous to our health so yeah it can probably kill you. We're not near at the Mayon so fortunately we're safe from it. Guinobatan (City near from mayon) was full of ashes when the Mayon erupted. Their city looked like an abandoned city full of dust.

This Mayon Volcano is in my home province, Albay. There are several towns around it and one of them is my hometown, Daraga. Everyday esp. if it is sunny we are treated with a view of our beautiful volcano. I observed Mt. Mayon erupts every four years. It is an exciting event.

The four other volcanoes are mt isarog, mt asog, mt malinao and mt masaraga and those are dormant..those volcanoes also compose the cordillera bicol, a mountain range system in central bicol..

Mayon is about two cities away from our town. I was still in highschool at 2018 when it erupted. We had an event at school where several students perform at stage and the sky is open because we don't have a covered gym. Then the ashes started started falling. My eyes got irritated as I looked up to realize what was happening. That was two days before the official suspension of classes

Mount mayon could be one of the deadliest or dangerous volcanoes in the philippines and it has over 49 eruptions and also i saw it in my book that its elevation is over 2,460 Guys what do you think?

Mt. Mayon volcanism is regarded as being due to the westward subduction of the Philippine Sea Plate underneath the Philippine Island arc along the Philippine Trench in the east. Eastward subduction along the Manila Trench in the west is inactive and discontinuous at best.

Alam mo, nakakatawa ka. Isa kang gagong may taglay na kabobohan at katangahan. Kung talagang magaling ka sa Ingles, hindi ka mang-babash ng ibang tao dahil panget grammar nila. Bago ka mang-bash, tignan mo muna ang sarili mo kung masmagaling ka ba talaga sa kanila. Tignan mo ang sarili mo, nakakahiya ka. Hahahahaha
