Michael, I doubt y'all will read this since the video is so old, but in the event y'all do, I've been earthing since about May 15, 2023. My extreme dry eyes are healed, 1st morning after sleeping on my homemade bed grounding
The day I put the sleeping mat on my bed, my 3 cats lined up on it. I've my kit for about 2 weeks and I am in zero pain! I am also doing my yard work barefoot and I also don't get sore. I literally have had chronic back and muscle pain for at least 16 years and especially the hot burning pain for at least 4 years. So all activities were limited or stopped. I would be sore for days. This has literally gotten me back on the ground moving. And yes I detoxed. I do think my condition was from emotion. I lost a son and then recently lost my other best friend, my mom. I wished I had discovered this for my mom. She was 72 and wasn't on a single medicine, but she worked outside and gardened. One trip to the doctor ended with a misdiagnosis and the cascade effects of modern meds began. She went from doing anything she pleased to bedfast to death in a year and a half. Sadly I had to watch that 24/7. But thank you sooooo much for this! And I'm getting a kit for my dad's father day gift early! He's 83 and still gets around, loves fishing, yard work, which attest for his longevity but is diabetic. I'd like to keep him in good health for many more years. And I can enjoy fishing with him now! Thank you Sir.
My mom went through this same health nonsense after a fall from a large amt of meds; down hill after this. Never took a med in all of 92 yrs. Had to watch her suffer; sad.

This stuff truly works! I started to Earth/Ground about 2 weeks ago due to a bad ankle injury. I purchased the single bed mat kit. 99% of my pain is gone!! My podiatrist gave me minor results (steroid shots/temporary relief). The Earthing concept is mind blowing! Give it a try and be well. I found that sleeping on the mat for 7-8 hours was much better than standing on the Earth barefoot for 30 minutes or so. The longer the better and Clint says. Thank you very much to Clint for all of his shared knowledge.
How it helped with gout. Had been on prescription drugs for gout for about 15 years. Prepared aluminium foil on my bed, cable and earth pin, plug into my wall socket. Fell asleep for about 4 hours, woke up. About 16 hours later, had a very bad sore throat, cough out alot phlegm for 10 days, some of the phlegm were grey colour, my eyes were red, and tears flowed for 10 days, the tears felt like acid, with burning sensation, and mucous around my eyes, when I urinate, there were burning sensation. In total it took 12 days to full recovery, I am feeling great, its the 14th day now, I stopped my gout medication. I think the uric acid gushed out of my body. In total I had 4 session of grounding over this 10 days period. I write to thank you.
God bless this man. We need more Clint Ober's in this world. His discovery will help millions of people well into the future. Such a humble and decent man and what a legacy he is leaving behind. He is the real Rock Star!
My work life is all gardening, as a result I am grounded often during the day. Night time and evening at home, not so good. Thank you Clint, for your products, and that's before I've even received them in the post as I write this😊Best wishes Gary
I tried grounding for jetlag ,not really expecting it to work . I used to travel regularly between Scotland & Nepal ,it would take 10 days usually to fit into new time zone ,earthed it was 3 days ,absolutely amazing 🤩🙏🏴🇬🇧

I started grounding about a month ago. Did it twice then stopped. I didn’t understand the health benefits it gave. But the first time I did it I went in the house after 15 minutes and washed my feet. I remember think how wonderful my feet felt. Then I ran across the Earthing Movie and I am back in it now. It actually makes complete sense why we would need to be connected to the earth 🌍! I cannot believe I didn’t figure this out sooner, I’m 54. But that’s okay I understand now and will do it until I no longer reside here. 😊

I recently watched the Earthing movie. I researched Clint found his Ultimate Longevity website and ordered the queen size mat. It took about 3 days and I had no more neck, hip, knee and thumb joint pain! I started telling my friends. Now my whole group about 8 have ordered them. The stories are better than mine! My one friend had been visiting a doc for 3 yrs back pain. Took one nite for him to notice! He sold the group. No more pain meds, and he also said he lost his arthritis in hands. I love Clint, such a humble man who has found his purpose and knows he is helping humanity. When we don’t feel pain we are better humans and treat each other better. A step in the right direction! I live in 500 sq ft and fold my bed up into wall everyday. So when it comes down if I forget to plug it in I know in the morning! It’s crazy. I take it everywhere I go!
Thank you for all your research and efforts over the years. I think it is good to really notice how we feel when we go barefoot in the grass and the sand on the beach, but when the weather is cold, that we have options for inside grounding. Thanks so much!

I remember both my grandmothers having arthritis. My first Grandmother to pass away died in 1978. I remember both of them in the house all the time. I never remember seeing with one of them go without shoes. My dad is 79 he was actually born the same year Clint was born. I have talked to him about grounding, but he’s on met Forman for diabetes, so he’s scared to hurt his feet get some kind of injury. So I told him we could just set up a chair and he could just sit there with his feet on the ground. I also told him about the grounding flip-flops, but he felt it would be too dangerous for him having that thing between his toes in case of a caused a blister. I swear these doctors have got these people by their hair with fear. I was just pathetic. He takes every shot that they come along with. It just makes me sick. You would’ve thought he would’ve learned when he almost died of the shot in 1975 I think it was a flu shot. They had just come out with my mom and dad. Both got extremely sick from that shot but my dad almost died. Do you think that makes him not get shots no more? no. He believes that was an ops, and his government cares for him
Thank you for sharing what you did!! I’ve found the best thing I can do for the people in my life that are like your dad is to pray for them! I have had diehard vaxxers come back & tell me they are reconsidering their stance concerning those shots! I just keep praying quietly & watch God open their eyes!
My first experience with grounding happened when I had a 3 month old circadian rhythm issue. I walked barefoot for 40 min and felt better. But resting and then going shopping and my symptoms all came back. So returning home, I laid on the yard and within minutes, I felt my body litterally come into balance and then never had a return of that situation. I bought a bed mat and had amazing sleep for 7 months and noticed frequent migraines gone the first month. My sleep went awry after 7 months and I started taking minerals and it helped for a while, but did not last long. I added more grounding for many months and still could not stay asleep. But Migraines and circadian rhythm problem has not returned. Sleep became noticeably better, but not earthing better. I do not often wake up through the night, but I do not feel rested in the morning anymore. My grounding bed mat still is grounded.
I live in Canada,they ate not shipping here right niw there is some kund if problem,u want products by the time winter comes! Right now am earthing/ grounding outside,all mt back pain is Gone! My brain fog is gone,i am finally sleeping! I am 65 and feeling 30 again,from putting my feet on the grass 30 to 60 min a day on the days that are not raining!

OMG I learned about electricity and resistance etc. Clint I lose track of my thoughts too... nerves and a runaway mind on a subject a tangent just takes me away. Thank you for this Q & A loved it. So a hot spot in your house where there is resistance you get the electrician as it shouldn't be hot... inflammation in your body is usually noticed as hot and swollen...
I had horrible hot flashes and night sweats for years. After 4 weeks of grounding, they are almost GONE. I AM SO HAPPY. I FERL NORMAL AGAIN. more amazing THINGS HAPPENED to me. Debilitating hip Pain, GONE. Migraine, GONE. strangely, the first thing Clint talked about that sparks his research, sleep, didn’t happen to me. I do wake up few times at night but I Don’t need to use the bathroom at all. Still hoping to sleep few hours every night.
The other day I was trying to fold laundry and the static was crazy. I then grabbed my grounding sheet and the staticky laundry and the static stopped. I was relieved because that told me my sheet is still working. I don’t have any testers
Hi I am 72 when I lay down my nose semi blocks up disturbing my sleep. I grounded for 2 nights and now I don't have that happen and I slept well I hope this improvement continues. Cheers
Thank you, Clint! I ground through the course of the day due to my work in handling static sensitive components. An ex work colleague was complaining of blood pressure issues and an erratic heartbeat along with static shocks when he touched his car etc. I suspected he might be generating more electricity than the average bear because he has dry skin so suggested he try grounding himself, much like we did at work. After putting on an earthed & conducive wrist strap & going to bed he awoke the next morning with all his monitoring equipment lit up in Green instead of Red! Blood pressure had normalised & the erratic heartbeat had vanished. He was dumbfounded! Needless to say, he has moved on to using the proper mats now & is acutely aware of his surroundings & environment as regards grounding. And so am I! After purchasing a somewhat inferior product (I shall be upgrading soon!) I experienced the flu like symptoms on the first couple of nights before I settled into having the best sleeps of my life & waking more alert than ever. Interesting see hear Clint say they tried the 1 meg ohm resistors but they didn’t work well because that’s what our earthing network in the factory uses. Maybe ok to safeguard the electronic components but less good for our health! I am enthusiastically recommending this grounding concept to friends with inflammatory related illnesses. Does anyone ground their water? Like put your filtered drinking water in a glass jar and put it outside to ground and then drink and cook with it. I am trying this. We'll see
What do you think? Did it provide the results you expected? I'm trying to figure out if if household ground actually works or not. My experiences have leaned towards "not".
@@judywhite7782 My experiences were based on the fact that my main circuit wasn't even grounded. Once I figured that out it was fine... but I already had the outdoor ground in place, which gave me a reference to do some measurements. I had 15-30V of electricity dumping into the air, I could measure it off metal furniture in the bedroom. Once I grounded the circuit I entered a whole new level of comfort in my home.

(COPD) is a "chronic inflammatory lung disease" that causes obstructed airflow from the lungs. I am hoping that this will help with healing the scar tissue once the inflammation gets under control with Earthing.
So if it is dry where you live & you are a dry person and/,or your temperature drops while sleeping, you want skin contact. If you are an oily person or live where there is humidity or sleep hot, you can wear PJs because your body's moisture will act as a conductor.
@@carface100 I think he refers to Buteyko breathing of small quiet in and out breathing and holding on gentle out-breath for longer time to utilize the C02 to train yourself on easing with oxygen hunger. The longer you keep on gentle let go of the air the healthier you are
Can anyone explain, if we are grounded as soon as we touch a grounding mat and a meter will display zero, then why would we benefit further from a grounding pillow or any second source of grounding?
Good question. My take is, just like with electrical circuits, there is good grounding and bad grounding. Your body is not a perfect conductor and therefore, more surface grounded is better. However, I would think that during sleep, so long as you do not have a blanket which causes static charge buildup, once you’ve discharged, you’d remain discharged until you start walking around again.
Terrible snorer, borderline sleep apnea, terrible pain in my knees and couldn't sleep more than 2 or 3 hours at a time. I got an earthing mat and it positively changed my life literally overnight. But something has stopped working and I checked my outlet it is fine now I have to purchase a tester which I can't afford!

I am sure someone in your family, friends or neighborhood has a voltmeter/multimeter at home and can lend it to you. (Many men have one lying around in their garage) It is easy to check your mat for grounding and you can also measure your own body voltage when grounded and ungrounded. If you can't borrow a multimeter, you can often buy them (used) for little money. my multimeter was available for 5 € on ebay. If you ground your mat via a ground rod, remember to regularly water the earth around the rod, if the earth is to dry the contact can be lost. Do you have a mat or a sheet? Many people wash or dry their grounding sheets incorrectly, or at the wrong intervals. Regular washing (every 2-3 weeks) increases the conductivity again. My friend recently destroyed a bed sheet by washing it incorrectly with the wrong washing powder .
I have nerve damage in my leg and foot from si joint surgery. Bone fragment was pushing on my S1 nerve with the titanium rod in place. Three weeks pain was excruciating. MRI showed it. New surgery to remove the bone frag. They flooded the inflamed nerve with anti inflamitory packed it in fat for cushion. That was 4 years ago this July 2021. I bought a mat and as soon as I got on it my foot and leg started tingling. I got thru one full day without the vise grip on my foot feeling. What actually is happening physically to my leg and foot? Nerve regeneration?
What the mat is doing is stimulating the injured area and giving the muscles a break from firing. Most likely you still have inflammation in your leg(s).
Tingling sensation is usual for sensation felt by most beginners. Blood thining as discussed in this video in progress as blood move faster & you feel it. After a while you dont even feel i.
I would love to see Clint get interviewed by an electrician or electrical engineer, somebody who could ask him some out of the box questions, maybe a skeptic. I wonder about safety implementation like having a diode in the grounding circuit to prevent system overload events from shocking a user. I don't get anywhere near the kind of response from connecting to building ground that I do from standing barefoot outdoors. So many questions...
So I've been grounding for about a week then I broke out in a rash. It's getting a little worse. Is it possilbe that it is due to the grounding? Seems odd that its possible but there is something know as a correction response.
That’s called detox and even potentially pathogen/viral/parasite die off as your body becomes more alkaline/negatively charged, your body’s terrain becomes inhospitable to these foreign invaders that take up residence

I have a question for Clint if he or someone with his knowlage could answer for me. I have taken a grounding rod and stuck it in the ground outside my bedroom window I attached the bared end of a copper wire to it then ran the wire into my bedroom. I then barred the other end and I either attach it to my toe by wrapping the wire around it or just holding it. Since I have done this I feel alot more energy and if i get a headache and do this it gets rid of it. So am i actually grounding or is this all in my head?
I have always been told you have to have skin contact on the pad to get full grounding reception. You say to put the mat under the bottom sheet. Which is correct?
Only one layer of material between your body in the mat. You can have the bottom sheet and then sleep in underwear or naked or wear pajamas and sleep directly on the mat.
I don't know if this was asked or not, but I'd like to know: What effect does high moisture content in the soil, such as from recent rainfall, have on the therapeutic capabilities of earthing? Is it more advantageous to go barefoot on dry or wet ground?
Yes, water conducts electricity so if the wire ground is wet it's going to ground better. when you see commercial grounding systems for electrical systems in buildings there are tanks designed to drip moisture to the ground rod so you want to keep them wet and epsom salt is excellent for doing that the saltwater ocean water is a giant electrolytic solution between Earth ground negative ground and the positive of the outer positive edge of Earth ie the Dome :-)
The Canadian Earthing site has nothing available 😥 and they said they are having a hard time getting from the US and US site will not send to Canada. What’s going on????
It's covid, it's the government. It's due to fear. Customs will not send it or accept anything... I am trying again in mid August, after speaking to them... We will meet our desires.
Grounding is safe as long as the circuit is tested as safe. The screws won’t make any difference, although they may increase the positive effects of grounding because they are metal. Nothing to be concerned about.
Is it possible to sell Earthing mat in Amazon India ? As one has to take support of some one there in US ? Every one don't have a connection there. Pls note this and will be happy if you can avail the same. God bless you 🙏🙏
Mine too! The voltage goes up 600% when touching the mat and our home is 5 years old and all outlets grounded. I know we have high dirty electricity but I turned off all the breakers and it still happened.
Ive had my earthing pillowcase 2 weeks and love it but started getting bad aches on right side of my head and across my right ear. Does anyone know what this is and what to do about it?
@MyBellaslove - I started 4 wks ago Today. Last wk my Fibromyalgia symptoms flared up again Real bad.. (they had been doing better) I felt it was a Healing Layer that I Just had to push thru..so I Kept Grounding, at least 1 hr a Day, and it's Now better than before That flare-up.. since I Know many areas are Still Soo tight it will most likely occur again as My body tries to repair this damage.. but I will Never stop Grounding.. (be sure to drink water Before/after or During.. which is what I do while sitting. So for You I would use those maybe everyother night to give your body Time to address and Fix whatever it is Detecting. Hydrate too...
I got the continuity tester and it works on my hand, the tester turns green when I put it on the palm of my other hand and touched the mat but it doesn't work on my arm. It only works if the palm of my hand or bottom of my foot is attached to the mat. Why? I put the tester on my arm, doesn't turn green even tho I'm touching the mat. Can Someone explain???
I used that tester to see if my grounding mat was working. While setting up, I touched the tester by accident to the mat BEFORE I had a chance to plug the mat into the grounding rod and the tester light came on. So, I did this several times without the mat plugged into the grounding wire and the tester light continued to come on each time I touched it to the mat. So what was the tester showing me?? I thought it was used to let me know the mat was grounded? Now I am all confused.
I think its testing for a circuit, I'm new to all this stuff but my kids had a toy circuit that if you touched it and held hands with someone else it created a circuit and the toy would light up. Its called an energy stick. I don't fully understand it all yet
The unit flashes when you turn it on to let you know that the battery is good. After the light flashes and goes off THEN touch it to your product....this is the point at which it is testing the product. I hope that helps
- when it confirms A Ground the light stays lit.. it blinks quickly otherwise when pushed. I can stand barefoot on the ground, plug the cord into the earth, then push that button, and it will stay lit.. if I step on my sneakers and try again, it only does the fast blink.. I'm now disconnected..

Someone just said this to me in regards to a grounding mat and rod I just purchased and was wondering about how to test it out... how true is this?: “Yes, this applies no matter which way you ground. Once you are grounded, the 60Hz electrical fields that are all over your house (plus any DE on your wires) will travel through you as they seek to return to ground. So you will want to mitigate those first before grounding”
Since installing the grounding mattress cover pad onto my bed 4 days ago my dog doesn’t like to sleep on my bed as much as she used to before having the grounding pad. Even though there’s a sheet, blanket and bed cover on top of the grounding pad which should insulate her from the pad. My dog used to be the first on the bed when it was bedtime. Would you know why she won’t sleep on the bed anymore? Is she sensing something do you think? I know in this video you stated that animals are drawn to grounding. Thank you!

I have not watched this video yet but I have watched 10 hours of other videos where Clint gives his testimony. I want to know how this grounding works, literally. I was a radar tech in Navy and never really understood ‘ground’. Well, other than if a circuit is not grounded, electricity will not flow … electrons do not move, and electron flow is electricity. It has always been my understanding that electrons flow to ground. But this grounding/earthing says electrons come from ground. So that is why an ungrounded circuit will not work, it needs electrons from ‘earth’ to whatever potential the circuit has. Now this grounding my body means my body is positively charged and needs electrons … to equalize or be neutral charged. I step my skin onto earth and earth passes electrons to neutralize my bodies charge. I do not understand how ‘something’ in my body robes an electron from one of my cells. There are still as many electrons in my body, one just moved. So I guess you are saying the cell that lost the electron is damaged and will no longer work properly. So when I ‘earth or ground’, I get an electron to replace the stolen one. So what happens to the thing that stole the original elector? I am basically asking why I need to be grounded for my mu e system to work efficiently. (I did not spell check this).
I’ve experimented with a voltage meter . Body voltage goes from 0.25 volts in my kitchen (ungrounded) to over 10 volts when I touch my charging iPhone ,however , when I step on a grounding mat , the volts go to zero . Standing out in the garden barefoot also gives a voltage reading of zero ,this works 🙏
I bot some “ grounding “ shoes that in the list of good things they are for one said grounding. The shoes have rubber soles. They were referred to as minimalist shoes. How are rubber soles gonna ground anyone. Thanks for your opinion Blake
Hi Blake, if the soles are rubber you will not be grounded as the rubber puts a layer between you and the earth. The only place I know that makes "real" grounding shoes is Harmony783 where to sole looks like rubber but is in fact infused with carbon.
I wouldn't Think it's a Pure type of Energy.. so No for me. Been sitting outside barefoot for an hour/day for the past wk and my Pain is Soo much better.. I was raised to Always wear shoes outside and never have "dirty" feet, so the Pain from Inflammation has been ongoing for decades.. really Kept me from living, I barely had enough Energy to work, come home, and back again.. 😮💨 but Now @ 64 "maybe" I can start enjoying Life.. gl.
