Baked Ham
- 4lb ham
- cover ham in softened butter
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- sliced pineapple on top of ham
- 1 cup of light brown sugar
- 1 cup of ginger ale soda
- 1/2 cup of honey
Mashed Potatoes
- 6 medium Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
- splash of heavy cream or whole milk
