Thank you so much I want to ask that if I want to gain muscle what should be my first step. I have two dumbbells I know savings for going to the gym because I am trap in EMI process if I get access to the gym somewhere can I do without a trainer

Sir you mentioned about dexa scan In your recent interview with traya, but no one is doing it. When asked about dexa they are suggesting bone density test which does not give info about muscle mass or fat percentage.

It’s called BMD DXA with body fat analysis, many radiology centres (example suburban diagnostics) do it. Check the ones which have X-ray and CT scan machines.
