…put everything besides clarified butter into blender, heat clarified butter to 155 (temp that cooks yolks), and drizzle in whilst blending. Objectively easier & more efficient.
Not as easy and efficient if you need to use clarified butter. Also blenders don’t work well with small batches. But this will work and can be awesome if you’re making a larger batch. No need to use clarified butter, however. The need for cooking yolks is not really a concern here.
