I am surprised there are no comments or questions. Thank you for this method. Would you please let me know how you arrived at your start load. I would like to try your method to see if I can load develop my 6.5 creedmoor. I will be using 140 gr SMK's as well as Nosler CCs in 140 gr. Also I assume your distance is 100 yards. As well did you zero your scope or bore sight then develop? Sorry for all the questions but I was trying to develop this load and the reload shop I buy from told me to stand down till things picked up in regard to supplies. I loaded 25 rounds and shot those prior to stopping. When I saw you develop in 12 shots I lit up and am thinking I can do that with the 3 cals I have and save time and materials. All 3 are new and this looks like an invaluable method. Thank you in advance should you be able to reply.
Wow that seems pretty easy. I have shot around 600 rounds through my rifle trying to find a load and it’s still not great. 3/4 5 shot group with a custom rifle. I will have to try this. Thanks!!
Thanks - I really enjoyed this and it kinda helped me understand what I saw with Satterlee plus things Ive learned from Erik Cortina. Looking forward to having components again someday.
You recommend to start .020” off lands? Is that commonly the best accuracy for you?Seems like a huge jump to me but I also don’t shoot those high b.c. bullets.
Hey, nice video! I have question. How do you determine coal of load? Let say i do 10 shoot lader test and result can be good if there is right coal , but if coal is not right it will fly all over the paper. Even if there is speed node in there. Thanks for anwser
