@@danielcalma2138 Yes like instead of landing two feet same time you just put down one first then the other second and update I landed my first cheat gainer about 16 hours ago
WOW! There's so much energy running through your body! I feel much more energy and connectivity/ flexibility in my body when I am eating only fruits after a long fast. What do you eat or do you pay attention to your diet and how much you eat every day, to keep your energy channels clean/ clear of blockages/ toxic obstructions?
Lucas, who taught you flips? Did you have a coach, or did you teach yourself? I watch you, that's how I learned my first flip. Make a series: most common (frontflip, backflip, cork, ...) mistakes
I'll learn it but I can't, it's so scary. I literally practised the hall day but I just can't. I'm not scared to hurt myself but I... i just cant. Whatever I'm gonna practice tomorrow again.
I love your tutorials and a bit of checking us in the back for a good very big eye-opener I am trying to learn all this stuff as we speak and I’m hopeless so you are an inspiration to me
Do you mean a normal gainer or cheat gainer? If you mean a gainer where it’s a normal backflip but travel forwards, then just send it. Don’t put too much power. Try to land a bit forwards and then keep on going more forwards. Good luck
You should go in to being a stunt double in a film they always use people that have great athletic ability I think you be the perfect match Mr flipster 👍👍👍💪✌️

I know how some people are always like... "I tried and ended up in the hospital" and other stuff like that but I did actually just hurt myself in my arm. I'm not going to give up though. When I'm feeling better I'll try again and edit this comment and tell you what happens
