I found that using a pike and kiting him to the staircase actually works as well.. He wouldn't be able to reach you with his sword and while you're lower than him you can easily pike him to death
Kelvin Chong this. This is the much easier way to do it. Take him to the higher level on either side of the boss room and drop off. Just poke him through the walls with a spear. So easy
Ah I'll give it a try.. Thanks for the info :D But still, a part of me wish the devs do something about these bosses to make them more challenging.. Maybe some gimmick like traps which we would need to avoid when fighting them..
There’s a 100% easier way... use a two handed sword or spear... kite him to the 2nd level... when he gets there Jump off the broken fence and keep close because his aggro will make keep continue to swing at you. He can’t hit you and you can kill him without getting killed. Super easy and don’t waste materials
running around the room, jumping on to the rails and such while shooting the dood with poison gas arrows is effective, with the bowyou make sure the gas hits, this is harder with the orbs
@@kameronostermeyer5291 Take some poison arrows with you as well and put both them and your standard arrows on your hotbar. Once he's in position switch to poison hit him with a poison arrow and then switch back to standard. When the poison debuff icon goes away, repeat. Shaves a decent amount of time off the fight. I believe you can also stack set arrows on top of that but I am not certain.
Go to the left walk up the stairs with him in front of the fencing of the platform adjacent to the stairs. Go to hole in the fence and hit with spear until dead add gas orbs and snake arrows for more damage. Solo kill on official in under three minutes with constant gas, 10x stack poison and 3+ bleed stack from spear.
I had issues finding some of the legendary chests but stopped looking for them since all the bosses n chest re-spawn...looking forward to seeing you tree house
You can always get the kingslayer pike, with damage boost and go behind the the balcony on the stairs to your left when u come in and poke him and he rarely hits u and u can hit him behind
Just lead him up the stairs then jump down, he gets stucks on the fence and you can pike him and it cant hit you whit any of hes attacks. This is just waist of resources and time.
I did almost the same thing, but used the poison snake arrows from my diety, got it stacking poison until level 9 on him then repeated, went rather quickly,
I agree, this is the best boss in Conan Exiles, but that doesn't mean it's a good fight, sadly. Mostly it comes down to how often he attacks (when he does his 3 hit combo, he basically teleports) and the stamina regeneration, which to this day I still can't believe they haven't changed it to a normal stamina bar, let alone a DaS-like; that stupid "regen by chunks" kills any resemblant of a good dynamic fight you could have. Also the stupid stupid stupid thing of reducing your movement speed and be stuck on tank mode mobility just because you have your weapon drawn hinders the fun greatly (and yourself). Man, I really starting to think ever playing DaS wasn't a good idea at all, it has make me hate combat in so many games left right and center, it definitively raised by bar way high. Also, poison-gas orbs working on undead enemies...Gotta love that.
Ummm poison gas orbs work on undead enemies because the gas is corrosive. I guess lol. If I was a DM and my players asked that, I would give an answer like that. Maybe I'm right ;)
