Think I'll try this adding a little sliced carrot to the celery while sauteeing for color and sweetness. Most places serve both celery and carrot strips with buffalo wings.
You know what, that's not a bad idea. The sweetness of a stir-fried carrot will be a nice counterbalance to all the heat without totally overcoming it.

This could easy be a Buffalo Chicken Chow mein ! The possibilities go as high as the viewers are during munchies episodes.
One of my favorite tricks to making a buffalo sauce is using butter and Franks just as you did, but then I use a splash of soy sauce which adds another level of flavor than the salt. Maybe try it out sometime! Can't wait to try this.
You can get out that bottle stain by putting a squirt of dish soap, the hottest water from the faucet and a half of a ripped up paper towel. Close-secure-shake. Empty. BANG. Stain in plastic is gone
Buffalo chicken is one of our favorite and most regular keto main dishes! (0 carbs in the sauce! 🎉) Couple ideas for you: 1. Spiralized zucchini or squash “noodles”. Usually best to under-cook them a little to avoid being a soft mess. 2. Cook cauliflower rice on the side. Then put the buffalo mix over it, or mix it in. 3. Spaghetti squash. ...Or - just leave out the “pasta” component, and use the rest of the recipe as a main course, with some side grilled vegetables or salad! Hope these ideas work for you!

Chicken, brown rice, Arugula, yellow raisins, sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, green onions, tossed together with sour cream, and balsamic vinegar and glaze mixed together as a dressing, with pits slices on the side. challenge...make it even better
No... what you got was ripped off. I found the exact bottle of oil at Target for $8.50 ... Plastic kitchen squeeze bottles go for a dollar each. You paid about 5 dollars for a bottle with his logo on it.

I've been doing something like this for a while with leftover Thanksgiving turkey. For a nice twist, exchange the ranch with fresh tzatziki, and the blue cheese with feta. I guarantee you will like it!
👍 I made it 1st time with leftover Christmas turkey this year! Chunked up a mixture of white and dark meat with the skin left on, fried it a bit in some butter, then mixed in the buffalo sauce. Was amazing!!
Sam, I love everything you do, but please do some research about cooking with a wok. You need to do the "long yao" - get your Wok smoking hot before you add oil. Do not use it at medium heat.

FYI, I made the best charcoal-smoked wings by using one of your “4 ways to marinate chicken” recipe: 1 table spoon each spice Black pepper Cumin Paprika Red pepper flakes Kosher salt Chopped onion Ceyane pepper Chopped garlic Honey Olive oil 1/2 beer --- I marinated the wings for 24 hours Then grilled on my charcoal grill, they got slightly charred. I didn’t deep fry them. These wings had so much Flaver that no dipping sauce was needed. Can you cook them this way on your show soon? Thanks buddy
