Part One, East Side Bishops Claudy Clay, spelled Clardy Clay was born in 1955. He grew up with on the east side of South Los Angeles, attended Russel Elementary and Drew Jr High School before dropping out of Jefferson High School and graduating to the California Department of Corrections in 1973. In 1974 he found himself in Tracy Prison with his childhood friend, Raymond Washington.

-- in the beginning most of the families were two parent households due to the migration out the south. You have to combine the weather, outdoor lifestyle and vibe / kids just hangout. Historically Eastside has always been rough - and it’s always more fun to be badd.

@@donaldmcclurejr.494 - yea. In many cases the environment did because when a kid leaves the home - there’s peer pressure. A hood’s hub is the school. In most cases we grow up from elementary school, jr high school, high school- the outdoor family wields tremendous influence.
