Aiden was my fav eastenders villan, absolutely amazing actors, mick did a great job at not fighting back was the bigger man in this situation he could of overpowers Aiden but he didn't
i mean, mick could of smashed him at any point the whole night, that was shown when he blocked his punch after having the shit kicked out of him, he was the younger stronger man regardless, you give boss man lip like that when he’s surrounded by 20 heavies for back up see how far you get

@@pauljohnson6019 well theres a difference, they didn’t see mick show his strength and see him laughing right in aidens face after being beaten to a pulp, they just saw a man who has just been smashed by an old man, with phil, they just watched him smash there boss in the face and send him flying through the pub doors, then he proceeded to threaten them as one tried to approach him, theres all the reason to be scared when he showed no fear
If Steve mcfadeen ever left eastenders i really think the show would be finished hes the one that's keeping the show together as most of the legends have gone now
Well apparently they were gonna kill off Billy 3 years ago but Steve said if they do he goes, they never killed billy off, that shows how valuable he is to them
Well let’s be honest, even though Phil is basically the John Cena of Eastenders he’s still arguably the biggest draw to the show. They aren’t killing off Phil anytime soon, not until they’ve got the perfect person to take the torch from him.
It's always Phil who has to save the day. He's like Superman without kryptonite. ALL those men, afraid of one little bald fella whilst armed. But this is Phil. He is no more mortal.

I'm disappointed; I wanted a big showdown with Jack, Vincent, Billy and Phil beating up all of Aidan's goons and Mick tazering Aidan. I really wanted a fight but the whole thing was an anticlimax
Maybe now Ruby can take over her fathers criminal empire or what’s left of it… since she inherited Johnnys fortune… might be nice to have a “female gangster/villain/Topdog”
@batman 999 because mick refused to hit him and tbh he did the right thing because aidan had like 100 bodyguards for protection but if he did he would’ve knocked Adian out in 1 punch
I think all they would need is a few more hardmen and they would have risked fighting the heavies. Vincent, Keanu, Martin, and they would have been good. Although Keanu would have been pretty green here, dunno how he would have done.
This feud/storyline had nothing to do with Martin so I see no reason to have him involved here, I would have had Vincent, Jack, Mick, Phil, Keanu and Billy only vs Aidan and his thugs.
Some stupid boring fight + storyline. I felt no suspense building up whatsoever even though the soap tried to build up hype each episode for the useless “showdown”. No one even talks about it today
