I think Mick Carter is the result of Danny Dyer 1 not caring anymore and 2 simply forgetting who he actually is. He's become an amalgamation of his film roles and the TV persona he puts on, basically played by Dyer with courage and conviction as one of the wise men in a primary nativity
I agree Phil Mitchell is such a boring character now he's done everything he can and now he's just repeating everything over and over again EastEnders storylines are just crap

Yh I tried doing Phil Vs. Shirley's boys (Buster,Mick and Dean) but the whole thing got blocked and I tried uploading them separately and think they still ended up getting blocked lol
@@Kim_Jong_Un_. na I reckon Phil's past his prime now maybe 8-10 years ago it would have been a good rumble. Phil's thing now is would get other thugs to do his dirty work, mick doesn't have those connections, he is a family man.
Great video mate one of the feuds you don't see much of in the show, even though I do like Mick and Phil getting on as mates and they haven't really had any good reason to go head to head, they've had moments like Phil helping Mick against Aidan and Phil and Mick giving a toast to Shakil together with everyone in The Vic in yesterday's episode etc. Things like that. In a fight though now I think Mick could edge it, but I wouldn't be surprised if Phil took him.

He was raised as her brother to hide the fact that shirley had him as a teen under strict orders from her parents he didn't find out until later episodes
still don’t understand why Shirley introduced mick as her brother when all the time he is her son and Linda is standing there next to them and says nothing

The 2 characters have hardly ever had any screen time / scenes together since Danny Dyer joined the show. That was probably a deliberate move by the writers, to avoid a feud where one of the alpha males played by a famous actor had to lose and look weak. It wouldn’t surprise if Danny Dyer asked for that himself. A lot of potentially promising male characters have been wasted by the writers over the years, getting involved in feuds with Phil. As the writers have insisted on the following the stupid ‘Phil always wins’ formula, they turned many of those characters into total wimps / jokes to allow Phil to come out on top. They even did it with Johnny Allen, who in a realistic storyline would have had Phil killed without much effort.
Harry Lee yes exactly. Those guys were all guys were all younger and in much better shape than Phil, and should have been to batter Phil without any trouble. Plus Dennis boxed and was a former heavy for Dalton, Jack was a former cop, and Sean used to be in the army. A short (Steve McFadden clearly wears lifts on set), fat, older guy like Phil isn’t exactly a realistic hard man.
Jack branning was cool when he first came to show, smart and man who can put up a fight if required but they destroyed jack and made him a useless boring character
This is acting phil mitchell still the hardest. True sickhead thw stone cold of eastenders even though hes long since retired from wrestling. The way i see it the acting is worse than the wwf and it does not always need to be the best looking most athletic who comes out on top!
