Hi, I recomand you a LIFEPO4 battery for the GTE. I mounted one with 40Ah and it has only 6Kg, much better than the original one. Also it does not discharge so fast the HV battery by charging the smaller one. If I use the DRL only, I can drive up to 30KM in E mode without charging the 12V battery from the HV one. As soon as I start the LB or HB, it starts to charge the 12V battery ( if the voltage is higher than 13V will not charge)

I-_-I_TrY-_-I warranty is gone when they find out, but if you play it smart, there shouldn’t be too much trouble (remap to stock when going in for services).
The Flying Dutchman Okay. In the Video here, is it the normal battery you can see in car (like every normal car have), or is it the drive able battery in the GTE?
Bedankt voor deze tip Maar ik zie dat jouw accu nog maar 80% is, is dit niet zeer weinig voor een GTE die niet ouder dan 5 jaar zal zijn? Kan het soms zijn dat je SOH van je accu een stuk lager is door het chippen? Dacht zelf dat een GTE meestal rond de 90% en hoger zat als ze zo'n 5 jaar oud zijn
Dit is de 12v accu he? Die gaan ca 5-6 jaar mee en dan moet je ze vervangen, maar dat is met elke auto zo.. En dan is vervangen hooguit €100. De hoogvolt accu is nog hartstikke goed en vertoont geen enkel symptoom van slijtage.
Hey maat kort vraagje mijn gte wilt afentoe niet starten wanneer ik de booster op zet direct wel dit komt 1x per week voor ik krijg dan elke storing te zien die er maar bestaat is dit denkje de 12v accu of hybride accu?
