Note..Just looks delicious...will taste horrible...Plus you need other micronutrients for a balanced diet..not just protien..Its not a good diet plan.

Okay that meal number 3 evening snack is a game changer for me, i usually really dislike protein shakes and struggle to down one but that way u put it on toasted bread chunks is genius, i can easily adjust to my own macros, put more whey less bread, cant wait to try that out

@pratikmhaske3746 Your doctor can give you an allergy test. This helps to determine what substances cause adverse reactions. Also, my mother ate peanuts when she was pregnant with me and got really sick. She also ate nuts while she was breastfeeding me, and I became sick as an infant. From there, an allergy test was used to determine which nuts I was allergic to. Hope that helps. 😊

In my honest opinion, the weight gain journey is frustrating with the limited amount of food options we have. Me too!! I once ate like this but past lunch my stomach can't stop exerting smelly gases. It was very uncomfortable but then I'm scared to take protein also. Any recommendations on how to cure this?

​@@octoberaurora9223 this is for acidity - put coriander seeds in water overnight and have the water in the morning on an empty stomach. If this is too time taking just take fennel and sugar candy (I think this is the word) and chew them after every meal. Idk if you can find sugar candy in other countries but if you can't I have another remedy for acidity - just have half a spoon of carom seed (also called bishop's weed, and ajowan caraway) when you feel you have gastric problems. Will reduce acidity within minutes

for vegeterian 1. 2 scoop whey protien(45gm protien) 2. 100 gm soyachunks(50gm protien) 3. 200 gm paneer (35 gm protien) 4. 25 gm kidney beans+ 25 gm chickpea + 25 gm black grams +25 gm moong daal)=20 gm protien total = 150 gm protien 😀😊😊😊

I hade 150 gm of soya chunk chilli as dinner and the healthify app accounted the protein to be just 17 gm.

Out of these meals maximum someone can digest 2 meal properly. Digestion is not as easy as carb in case of protein. If some is following this diet he/she need to do hell of hardwork throughout a day. Its not everyone seap of tae 👍

@@nadeemsmarty brown bread aint made of 100% wheat. Show me any brand brown bread with atleast 70% wheat. There is none. Maidaa breads. So better choose whole grain bread or multi grains bread
