Easy 3rd Gen F-body power window motor removal Camaro/Firebird/Trans Am Trick 

Here's an easy way to remove the power window motor on a 3rd generation F-body Camaro/firebird/Trans Am.
Basically there are 2 options
Option 1: remove the window, remove the regulator (combination of rivets and bolts, then drill out the rivets from the motor mount to the regulator.
This is lots of work and time consuming.
I went with Option 2.
Option 2: Locate where the motor to regulator mounting rivets are, mark, center punch and drill 3 access holes thru the door. These will allow you to drill out the 3 motor mounting rivets that secure it to the regulator, then it simply comes out. If you do a good job it looks like it was always supposed to be that way.
Going back together they are normally secured with nuts and bolts, most new motors come with the fasteners.
