I tried.. I couldn’t get these to even closely resemble chicken nuggets. I even fried them. NOPE. they were delicious…Chinese chicken dumplings or something.
FYI if you don't have a food processor our black and decker blender worked fine we just chopped everything up smaller. Also you can use potato starch if you want it extra crispy.
I saw this video a few times and I wanted to give it a try. I live in the USA in Florida so we use Fahrenheit I tried this and it came out more like a bread than a chicken nugget. For my own personal preference no fresh onion for the next time & i will add bread crumbs for a crunch.
1 piece of chicken, 1 potato, ½ onion, 1/3 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp pepper, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 egg. Blend Shape Airfry 180 degrees, 20 min I’m using chicken thigh instead of breast and adding Panko after shaping; will see how it goes tonight 🤌🏼
You should be able to. You'd have to adjust the temp and time, but it's possible. There might be a conversion online that will tell you what to adjust.
Add bread crumbs to tge mixture to firm it up, not too much you don't want it dry.Form the nuggets put on a tray and put it in the freezer for 30-60 min so it will be easier to work with.Dip in egg then dry mixture, or make a batter dip then fry.
