Mija, My wife and I are Pre diabetic. We are both slightly overweight. Because of health issues on both sides of our families I am doing all of the cooking for us. My wife cooked for the entire family ( Our 3 daughters and myself) for over 35 years. Our jobs have changed so I get home 2 to 3 hours before she leaves work. I’ve taken over the cooking duties….. and I really enjoy it. It relaxes me ( I have a high stress job) . Anyhow I made these as a quick Sunday dinner with a salad as a side . My Queen raved about them. Gracias!

I just found your channel and so glad I did. I have also lost 100 pounds and did it twice too. I did with just plain calorie counting. I am starting to do more low carb because my husband has recently found his A1C to be creeping toward diabetes and I need to nip it now to hopefully stop that progression now. If he even thinks it's healthy he won't eat it so something like this is perfect.

This seems like a great starting point for experimenting with other meats. Imagine pork or lamb nuggets. I use the Cosori Blaze and will probably put these directly on the bottom which gets nice and hot - no need to flip. Thanks very much. Been watching you for years and have enjoyed the food.

Air fryer to conventional oven conversion: add 25 degrees F, add 25% time. For this recipe, that would be 425F for 12.5 minutes. Monitor results. In her video she added 5min without the liner for more crispiness.

I made these today and the flavor was good but they were really messy to work with raw. They stuck to the inside of my air fryer even though I greased it lightly with olive oil before frying. I grated my own parm with my microplaner so the grind may have been too fine. Next time I will use a courser grind and reduce my egg down to 1.

I have a question...I have an air fryer but haven't used it yet. I also bought the liners. I'm wondering why you didn't just turn the nuggets over for browning/crisping on the other side, that way the liner was still beneficial for easy clean up. But, knowing you were going to remove the liner half way through, why was it used at all? I'm not being critical, i want to learn😁😁

You can make a great dirty keto honey mustard with sugar free honey substitute or sugar free pancake syrup, mustard, and mayo. Not sure the exact amounts since I make it to taste and haven't made it in several months, but it's delicious.
