Dough ingredients

Half a cup of warm water + 1 tablespoon (135ml, 135g)
1.5 tablespoons (20g) sugar
1/3 teaspoon (2g) salt
1 teaspoon (3g) instant dry yeast
1/4 cup polenta corn meal (60ml, 40g)
1.5 + 0.5 tablespoons of cooking oil (30g)
plain flour (strong flour) 1.5 cups (360ml, 215g)
Tomato sauce ingredients

4 tomatoes (600g)
2 tablespoons salted butter (30 g)
2 garlics minced
Chopped half an onion (100g)
2 tablespoons (40 g) tomato paste
1 teaspoon (3 g) red pepper powder
1 tablespoon of sugar (12 g)
Topping
=======
1.5 to 2 cups of mozzarella cheese (150 to 200 g)
Tomato sauce (made above)
10 pepperoni slices
A pinch of parmesan cheese
200 degrees (392F) 25~30 minutes
