This absolutely amazing easy recipe of Artisan bread is as simple as it gets, which requires no kneading whatsoever.
Ingredients
3-4 cups flour (baking or all purpose)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp instant yeast
1/2 tbsp sugar (optional)
1 cup warm water (add gradually)
Bake into a Dutch Oven or a thick metal pot covered for 35-40 minutes at 450- 480 degree Fahrenheit, uncover then bake for another 10-15 minutes to get the crust nice and crusty.
Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before cutting.
