Great job on your jalapeño poppers. I tried these once by cutting the peppers in half & a lot of the filling came out while cooking. Cutting the small section out, filling them, & putting the section back in place looks like it works great. Thank you so very much.
I make these but never thought about using the cheese the way you did. I tried once with fully cooked bacon and mixed with cream cheese and it was delicious also. I will be trying this recipe also
Great recipe! I’ve made these before by only filling them with cream cheese but I like your idea of using the additional ingredients with the cream cheese and I will certainly do that from now on. I do prefer the bacon a bit crispier so after the 30 minutes of cooking I “slather” the poppers with a raspberry chipotle jam and will change the oven to broil for a few minutes then turn the poppers over to broil and crisp the other side of the bacon. This looks really delicious if you make them in the air fryer the bacon will brown really pretty, I'll be making this recipe this weekend to go with my pull pork sandwiches. 😋
