this one has helped me a lot, i've always tried to move myself forwards as i go through the bag...this makes so much more sense. do you change the flare while pitching?

Thanks Kerrod but this leaves me wondering where that leaves the variable ball position theory? Surely both can’t be right? 🤷🏻‍♂️ loving your work though mate 👌

Thanks for the comment; relative to the stance width the ball position is variable. This video is making it in relation to the inside of the left heel which all things been equal will deliver a relatively neutral path
