" Easy Blueberry Muffins " is our favourite muffin and easy to make 

Ingredients:
3 cups of cake flour or plain flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla essence
3 cups of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
2-3 tbs of brown sugar ( to sprinkle)
bake for 30-35 minutes at 180C
