EASY (but gross 🤢) WAY TO TELL IF YOUR QUALS ARE MALE OR FEMALE. 

Finding out if Quail are Male or Female isn't hard...but it sure is Weird! Quail are our smallest homestead animal and they have been a joy since hatching day! We get asked frequently why we choose to raise quail. Half of the reason we raise them is for meat...the other half is we enjoy their beautiful eggs. We hope to have that perfect ratio of males to females in our Pharoah/Coturnix quail covey. Raising quail brings us one step closer to the self sufficient life style we are working towards!
