You guys have been asking for cakes without fondant, so this week, I'm serving up not one but TWO buttercream beauties ! Both cakes are tiered, but I've used different techniques for each based on skill levels so that you can "cake at your own" pace. This video is a CAKE-along format, so that you can see all the steps I've taken to really dive in and make this yourself.
The smaller cake is quite easy and a great beginner cake if you want to try out a simple tiered cake. You get the tiers but don't have to worry about layering which is sometimes intimidating for beginners.
