In this video I show you how to make Chicken Chapli Kababs. These chicken kababs are a perfect recipe for this Eid and can also be frozen to be fried when needed.
Ingredients:
1kg Chicken Thigh Mince
1 Tbsp Salt - Adjust to taste
1 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
2 Medium Onions Ground - Water drained out
6-8 Green Chillies Ground - Adjust to taste
1 Tbsp Tandoori Masala
2 Tsp Chilli Powder/Basaar Mix
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Chapli Kabab Masala
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
¼ Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1.5 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Large Egg
½ Cup Breadcrumbs (Approx. 2 slices of toast)
3.5 Tbsp Gram Flour
1 Tbsp Cornflour
Handful Chopped Coriander
Oil For Frying
