I don’t trust my judgment yet, so can you tell me what I’d need to change if I cooked in a pressure cooker? I use an IP, so I would sauté the onion, carrot and celery, add cooked frozen ground or bite size pork or chicken, add the the remaining ingredients and pressure cook for about 5 min. since using bite size potatoes. I keep meat previously cooked in the freezer for easier meal prep. so that’s why I make sure to note that here. Many thanks for all you do to put these videos out and recipes in our mailboxes.
