INGREDIENTS :
1 1/2 cup HEAVY whipping cream
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Whip the heavy cream in a chilled mixing bowl until it begins to thicken.
2. Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
3.Transfer the mixture into a piping bag (or plastic bag) with a piping tip.
4.Pipe the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
5.Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
