@@wurlitzer895 It should keep for about a week in an airtight container. You can also freeze some if it needs to be kept longer.

HI Jonathan. Semolina or ground rice helps to create a more crunchy shortbread as they have a different texture. However using more flour or cocoa powder will still work very well.

HI Swamper60. Are you using a computer or a phone/tablet to play the video. If using a computer try a different browser. If using a mobile device do you use the RU-vid app, or a browser? Again try playing it in a browser. I just tested on my phone and tablet. If I use the youtube app it doesn't play but if i use a browser, Chrome/Safari etc it plays. Also if I go to my blog, on mobile, and click to play from the blog it plays. I am guessing it is something to do with RU-vid, or I am hoping it is, and will get fixed soon. Update: I contacted RU-vid and the person I chatted with tried to play the video using the mobile youtube app on Android and IOS devices and he reported that it played fine. It doesn't play on my IOS devices. I have unistalled the youtube app, restarted the phone and tablet and installed again and still it doesn't play.

Hi, I also had the same problem when the video was freshly posted, like 14 minutes after releasing, it seemed to be loading and freezing at the beginning. But it plays just fine now. I guess it was just some sort of issue going on with youtube.😃

@@bloomy4481 yes, I can now play it as well. I thought it was strange that I could go to any other video & it would work. Thanks for the confirmation 👍🏻

@@wtglb I think the issue was on RU-vid. Although the video was playing fine on my computer it was showing as 'HD Processing' for hours. As soon as that 'processing' disappeared the video played fine on my mobile devices.

HI Karen. Yes, at 150C, rather than the 180C most shortbread is baked at.
