Hello! I wanted to share a few tips I’ve learned about taking care of my home. These tips make it easy to clean a home and restore it to make it look new again. Sundubu jjigae
Ingredients:
100g ground pork, ⅓ onion, finely diced, 3-4 scallions, sliced, 1 tbsp garlic, minced, 2 ½ cup anchovy/kelp broth, extra soft tofu, 1 egg, ¼ cup gochugaru, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, salt or Dasida to taste (about 2-3 tsp)
*Sundubu jjigae can be made a variety of ways by also including seafood or beef
