Supplies:
Cutters: You don't need to have a specific ice cream cookie cutter like I did. If you have basic shape cookie cutters, you can make the cone using a triangle or a rectangle cut in half. Use a circle to make the scoops and cut off 1/4 of the bottom to make the top scoop and 1/4 of the top and bottom of the circle cutter to make the middle scoops.

Piping bags
Royal icing in a 15 second consistency in 3 ice cream colors, tan, white, and black
A scribe or toothpicks
Paintbrush
Black and brown edible marker (or paint with a food color and Vodka mixture)
