Kristin when I lived in Vegas I had to bat grasshoppers. Thousands of them. I remembered I ordered a pizza for delivery and when I opened the pizza box, a grasshopper was on the top.

I heard there was helicopters dropping mosquitoes over NYC and a few other places last year. They had some videos of tem dropping them over a concert there. They might have done it there or maybe they just migrated that way with the heat and the storms. I live in western NC and so far they haven't been too bad here this year. But usually its later in the summer when they're worse. That looks delicious! I made something similar, except I cut my tortillas in quarters instead of layering it. It all comes out the same way, lol! I love your kitty so much! My cat Benji died on December 4th and I miss him so much! He was 16 years old. He was my baby Benji boo, thats what I called him. I love your recipes and I watch you all the time, and I have a cat too, but when I was going through culinary school sanitation was taught, you probably 9 times out of 10 have cat hair in your food, just a suggestions handle your cat after preparing meals🙏🏾

I don't know if you noticed, but you apparently had a cut in your right hand (the last finger). When you pressed the tortilla (it was clean before) all of a sudden there was a red stain on it. For a minute I thought it was a red pepper, but to me it was a blood stain. I went back a couple of times to make sure. I hope I am wrong.

Great meal idea but you did the layers in the wrong order. First the oven will wilt all the lettuce being at the top. The taco chips should've been at the bottom where they'd get a little softer, now they'll be harder because of the oven.... Too bad..

😋 Taco Casserole!! 🌮 Also, mosquitoes love me too!! I live in Georgia and they are little black ones which are vampires!! I use deep woods spray with deet but if don't, I get bit so bad!! I have learned to wash my arms and legs when I come back inside. Then, I apply antibiotic ointment to the red bumps. After that, they don't itch or bother me anymore. 👍🏻👍🏻 Try it! Hope it helps!! ❤

Frito Casserole 😋

I make something similar and call it taco lasagna. Mine has petite diced tomatoes, ground beef with taco seasoning and black beans cooked together. Then layer tortillas, refried beans, the meat mixture and shredded cheese. Repeat for 3 total times. After baking comes out so creamy and good.
