FAQS ABOUT THIS PROJECT
1. What size mattress? This is a standard US twin mattress (not twin XL)
2. Where can I find wood pallets? Search Craigslist and FB marketplace for "wood pallets". I found several free offerings from local businesses. If the dimensions aren't listed bring a tape measure when you go to pick up.
3. Did I clean the pallets? No, mine were in good condition and were for outdoor use. For indoor use, I recommend wiping them down with a damp cloth before use to remove dust/dirt. You may also want to sand any rough spots if you have small children.
4. How does the comfort compare to a regular sofa? It's made with a mattress so it feels like sitting on a bed. Note that the seat is deeper than a regular chair or sofa because of the dimensions of the mattress.
