Thanks so much Kerri! I'm really happy you are enjoying the series. This little recipe books was perfect to make recipe cards with. I've had the book for a while now but never thought of making recipe cards before lol. The only problem was that it made me crave chocolate mud cake for days after! 😂😂🤎🍰🍩

Thanks Caroline! It's great because this little cook book had some recipes that I can also use the recipe cards in other themed journals as well; Christmas, Butterfly, Valentines, Coffee, Chocolate themed journals. 😄💚

Really super looking Journal cards they will be so great in your cooking jump journal. I'm with you I love fall but since I've been in New Mexico I also love spring. I didn't like it much when I lived in Wisconsin because we had so much clay mud in the spring . And with two children yuck. And I didn't have a mudroom either. But we got by. Everything did not have to be perfect back in those days . Blessings and love from New Mexico

Thank you Judie! This little book was perfect for making recipe cards since the recipe fit on just one page and then the photo was also a full page. Nice easy little project! Oh I remember the old houses having a mudroom! They don't seem to build houses with them anymore. We kind of use our laundry as a mudroom, because it has a door that leads outside, so when it rains we enter through the laundry and leave our wet shoes and umbrellas etc in there, rather than go through the front door. I love the beginning if Spring here, but a few weeks in to Spring in Sydney is practically like summer lol 😆🩵💚

I had to go and eat a snack. I would gain 10 pounds by making a cooking journal. 😂 I broke my screen on my phone. So glad to be back. It is a funny feeling having a broken phone. Your video is great. And I love the theme. ❤

Hahaha Vicki that book made me so hungry too lol. Oh no, it's hard to live without a mobile phone now we are all so used to having one! Glad you were able to get it fixed. I have a screen protector on mine luckily because I've dropped it too many times to count lol 😆💚🩵

Absolutely love this idea Bonnie, woulda never thought to add them to other themed journals 💜🤔💜 Yeah, although I love coffee dyed paper I can't stand the smell either, probably shoulda thought twice about marrying my ex, hmmm... oh well, lol 🥴 I will say, I make my own bacon and have tried out several recipes to marinate the meat before smoking. One of my favorite marinades actually has coffee in it, but with all the other spices, they just meld together. 🥓🐷🥓 I laughed when you mentioned glue sticks, I have tried all kinds, and I actually like the cheap ones from Target. Before school starts, they sell a 2 pack of their brand, the smaller tubes, for .25 cents, I always stock up. They work great, I do put glue on both sides of what's getting glued together, and tried pulling apart when dry and they seem to be permanent, but yep, who knows what the future holds for them, lol. I've been chatting with my niece the last couple of days. She just adopted her great niece, which means I sound really old as she's then my great, great niece, 🙄 but anyway, looks like I'll be spending 3 weeks outta every month helping her in Minnesota, which is tied for second coldest in the lower 48. ❄🌡☃ Yep, I think I have James beat, not that I want too as far as cold goes, lol. 🙄

Isn't it funny that we hear 'cheap gluestick' and automatically think it must be crappy lol. They're probably all made in the same factory as the expensive ones! lolol. I love the cheap kmart one now; good on hubby for buying me the wrong ones! I will keep buying them now hehe. Oh gosh, you are going to be a popsicle! I am jealous though that we don't have snow. I want snow without yhe cold lol 😂💚🩵

@@BonnyAndClive I agree, the glue sticks are probably just labeled different at the factory 🤔 Yep, it's cold up there, and it's gonna be interesting, but will probably be the closest I get to being a Gramma, my son is in no hurry... Oh, and we call snow without the cold... rain 😂🤣😂
