Clark Fox Nothing wrong with wrap and tuck, I personally find this method easier and faster. More than one way to get the job done is all. Constrictor knot is another popular method. Thanks for commenting!
Clark Fox This is true. I should have mentioned that tube cuffs will often help the bands last longer since they don’t cut in as aggressively as a constrictor knot or an overly tight wrap and tuck. Cheers!
