I love this. I have been making fruit platters for years but this will kick mine up a notch. The grapes left on the vine as small bunches and the pineapple centerpiece is genius. I love this.

Thank you, such a beautiful creation...to put the pineapple top as a centerpiece , to group the fruit from one side to the next side, leave the stems on the grapes and to use lettuce leaves as a foundation and to stabilize the fruit! Sooo pretty! I will definitely make this for Christmas! I've never put together a fruit platter so I think I'll have a practice run before hand. My only concerns are: is my platter large enough? what is the diameter of your platter? How many hours before serving can this be stored in the fridge? Thanks for showing this to me!!!
