There's another video here on RU-vid where a cheese lady instructs on all the different ways you are supposed to cut different varieties of cheeses. Super interesting because it does make a difference in the taste and mouth feel.

So gorgeous! I especially love the placement of the caramel bites at the narrow strip of the board. But I heard from other videos that its not advisable to put items that roll easily at the edge, such as nuts (I myself have suffered hilarious accidents from it too haha).
They won’t roll off on her because her board’s edges come up as opposed to being a flat surface so it holds everything in but otherwise, yes if the item rolls off easily at the edge put them in the center lol
So nice...my concern is - pistachios...when you grab and eat it, you have to put the shell somewhere...either put the separate container, either serve it already without shells...
