Been drinking raw milk daily for 10 years and raised my son on raw milk from birth.. he’s never been vaccinated, never had an antibiotic or any pHARMa products at all.. he is very tall and strong and smart and has never been to a doctor💪🏻
My Mother grew up on a dairy farm during the depression drinking raw milk with every meal. She continued drinking milk with each meal through her life. She is 91 now. She has all her teeth, walks with a walker, but still walks and is so strong she shocked her doctor when he checked her resistance. Very little, if any, Arthritis. She gets very tired of people assuming she must have Alzheimer’s. She will tell you that you have to be stubborn and tough to get old.
You are not allowed to sell or buy raw milk in Argentina, but... There are rural entities in my province who are trying to make a change for the better, God bless them! Our food producers are the best thing we have in our country. Hopefully with a Milei government it will come through, we are in desperate need of good nutrition all over the West.
This is outrageous. I hope for the best in Argentina. I just realized that the widespread availability of raw milk in Egypt is something that I took for granted
That sucks. Here in Venezuela where we have no laws or police or government I can get raw water búfala milk very easily. Unfortunately cream doesn’t exist here. I have to make it myself.
This may sound like a ridiculous suggestion- But speak to one of your local organic grass fed dairy farmers about buying one of his cows, or, a share of one of how cows/business. This would essentially mean it's your product. This is the way Australia got around it.
I also can't recommend highly enough making a good old fashioned orange julius. Milk, raw honey, egg yolks, fresh oj. Heaven in a glass, nutritious, energising. But Ray Peat would give this video a thumbs up.
climate-civilizations, It’s delicious. There isn’t a problem with curdling. There used to be an Orange Julius chain in almost every shopping mall food court in the US.
Its good to see you go from Carnivore strict back to fruits and meat together. I also HIGHLY suggest mushrooms! Considering mushrooms are plantimals, half plant half animal. They have way too many good benefits! But! Cook them, because the Chitin Cell Walls need cooked to be digested. Id love to see you dive into the world of mushrooms because I know you’ll discover some truly amazing benefits!
I made strawberries raw kefir ice cream . It’s just , 2 lbs organic strawberries, 2 tablespoons Meyer lemon juice and raw honey to taste & splash of vanilla extract . Blend in vita mix freeze 4-6 hours
I can get raw milk at chucks produce in Vancouver, WA. They even have a sign saying “warning may contain harmful bacteria” i started laughing. That’s good bacteria for our guts. Completely screwed how they have this society completely upside down.. like Gatorade and red 40 are good for your gut.
My grandma gave me often egg yolks when I was a kid. Sometimes with a little sugar 😊 Omg seriously look at these colors. Regular ice cream would need a lot of chemicals to look this colorful.
Glad you cited an article from the British Columbia Herdshare Association! I didn't know there was an organization supporting raw milk consumption in my province- now I'm a member. Stoked to get some raw cream and try this recipe!
Paul: I've been making butter at home using cream from different farms, and I've noticed the cream from Fresno Raw Farm makes butter that is white. The NOT raw cream from some farms, such as Straus Family Organic Creamery, makes yellow butter. I assume this means the Straus cows are getting more grass? Straus also bottles their cream in glass, as opposed to Fresno Raw Farm's plastic containers. Not sure which butter has more nutritional value, but I can't help but gravitate to the yellow butter. Both taste amazing. Anyway, thanks for the video, keep up the great work.
Unpasteurized milk has all the live enzymes and co-factors to make it digestible for humans, but unless you live in a country that tolerates raw milk consumption, good luck. Where’re I live , raw milk is sold on the lowdown ! Great recipe , doc, I look forward to trying some soon!
Asalamalaikum beautiful informative video May God bless you brother for informing us all especially about the raw milk wow I learned a lot from you thank you.
Love this ! Thank you Dr Paul. By making our own food, this is another way we can free ourselves from manufactured convenience, bad for health, type of food.
Saw you on another channel talking about toxicity of oatmeal. I'm allergic to It and took me very long time to narrow it down to oatmeal. Anyway, I always been wanting to see what else I can learn from you after that podcast. Btw, there's good ice cream from Mexico "Herado de Mexico" it's all natural, real sugar, milk, cream, fruits. Glad I found your channel. Thanks.
I love this! I am a year into my carnivore, cheese, honey and fruit journey but I am now craving ice cream. I have not been an ice cream fan in the past so it is probably the fat in the cream I am actually craving. I would like to definitely try your recipe. Summer is coming on already in East Texas and ice cream would be a refreshing cool treat. I may try taking a spoon of raw cream to see how that does for me. Thank you for all you do! Many blessings to you! Heidi Lynn.
I live in canada… a country where you can get drunk and stoned, but you cannot buy raw dairy. The only way to get raw dairy is if you raise your own cow. I would definitely made ice cream maple syrup flavour. The heavy cream that i can find here is pasteurized and contains polysorbate 80. I prefer to avoid ice cream for now.
I love this kind of ice cream. As for the whites, can you make pavlova with honey? It calls for lots of sugar but I don’t know if you can whip honey into beaten up egg whites. If so, I can eat a whole recipe by myself. It’s so delish.
Love the stainless steel vitamix. What kind of reverse osmosis filter do you have ??? I’ve been looking for a good one for ages but I’m always sketched out by all of the plastic tubing and plastic water storage
He is against any type of bean and vanilla comes from a bean not to mention what other ingredients they use to bind the vanilla to, usually alcohol. If vanilla extract helps you stay on track then I say go for it.
HEAVY CREAM + ALLULOSE + ORGANIC VANILLA EXTRACT + EGG YOLK + pinch of UNPROCESSED Salt... ALSO Makes a GREAT Tasting IceCream. THIS IS THE Same Basic Formula of Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Except Allulose replaces Sugar.... 🙂👍 -70SomethingGuy
He is so fine.. I could try that ice cream but without the peptides the powder I don't know where I would find that it might be too expensive but I do the heavy whipping cream and the egg yolk and honey
@@mixedmartialnutrition1746 agreed, I will maybe eat syrup with my liver pancakes once a month. side note liver pancakes are great: just blend liver and eggs and butter. they cook up well and are pretty great
I make icecream just in a blender. Berries, cut frozen bananas, honey or m syrup, cacoa, goat milk powder or use yogurt…. I just blend it and put in glass containers and freeze them or just make it and eat right away.
It is a health food if you make it solely with health ingredients. Ice cream at the store and at restaurants is garbage because they use garbage ingredients.
In South Australia they have unfortunately made raw dairy illegal. I’m wondering if pasteurised dairy options should be avoided completely in this case. I would love to know your stance. PS. Thank you for the video and recipe!!! Love your work.
I just went looking for raw cream myself, I’m in NSW. We can get that cold pressed raw milk here and you can buy that Cleopatras bath milk and they also do a body cream but it looks like all sold out for the minute. SA looks hectic, you can’t even get the cold presses there. I feel for you, Kathleen.
If you can't get something like 'bath' milk (aka raw) then look for low pasteurised milk around 63 degrees. It still retains some of the bacteria, but only destroys any potential pathogens
Fyi, in America, raw dairy producers got around the regulations but doing co-op cows (multiple owners), and also producers fighting the regulations. Talk to local producers and create a plan so you can get raw products
I’m fortunate to be able to buy raw milk direct from a farm. It’s only Jersey cows, grass fed, so it’s like 30% cream no joke. I didn’t used to be able to drink milk from the store. It would give me an upset stomach. This raw milk I can drink 3 big glasses if I want and I feel completely fine. Jersey cow milk is a2 protein like goat milk so it’s easier to digest. But being raw also makes it way easier to digest. I feel bad whenever I see people buying milk in the grocery store. That stuff tastes like corn water to me now
We live in South Carolina, you can’t buy raw milk here, but we were in California recently and they sold raw milk everywhere. It made no sense that you can buy it in Cali, but not in South Carolina.
@@theethanmin the description when he says “1 cup mango, 2 bananas”, is he recommmending 1 cup mango AND 2 bananas, or is he saying 1 cup mango OR 2 bananas?
Hey man love the videos, I used to be on anti depressants and I know it really messes with hormones and because of that(probs) I’m expiercing ED at age 17, any ways to help with this?
I think that depends on what kind of ED you are talking about.. If you are binging - I highly recommend to up your beef consumption. You could be malnourished, as result of the medication, and not even realize it - hence the dysfunction eating.
I don't know where I would get raw milk or butter? I have been purchasing the Horizon organic whole milk, but then the urologist said that milk might cause prostate cancer, so I switched to almond milk. Your ice cream looks really good, I just don't where I would get all the ingredients
I live in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. Does anyone from around here who might be reading this know where to get Grass fed pasture raised raw milk??! I eat raw cheese but that's as good as it gets for me! INSTINCTUALLY I CRAVE MILK and not because I may or may not have an allergy or intolerance to it as someone may claim. I've been soaking macadamia nuts from Hawaii and then making my milk from this but isnt as satiating as looking at this video!! YUMMM!!!!!!!! Is it me or does the after taste of pasturized milk taste rotten? Here in Ontario, the government pasturizes milk and even when grassfed it's gross! I've consumed raw milk before and wow its soo good and satiating!! I've been craving it ever since! This and good wild caught Coho salmon is what I'm on the hunt for. If anyone can suggest any good places? Man this video hurts to watch becuase it looks sooooo delicious!
Selling and buying raw milk is illegal in Ontario. Consider checking out getting a cow share, some farms will arrange that. Must be lots of good fishmongers in Ottawa. I buy my wild sockeye locally here in Kitchener.
Man, help me get out of this unhealthy rut I’m in. I want to go the natural way like this. I’m relatively healthy and have been working out for 8 years but I’ve plateaued. I feel like if I follow your diet advice I can be super lean and have more energy.
