Tofu 1 package 16oz
¾ cup chicken stock, low sodium (sub water)
Garlic 2 tsp
Ginger 2 tsp
Green onions ¼ cup
Douban Jiang 2 tbsp
Ground Sichuan peppercorn ½ tsp (optional)
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp + 2 tsp water
