I remember drinking 1 entire "Chocolate Fairlife Milk" per day alongside the typical 5 meals. That approach alone helped gained about 20lbs. It wasnt too expensive. 1 per day. They taste awesome. This was yearssss ago 👌💪
Several of my meals each day are just fairlife milk with whole oats mixed in. Sometimes it's hard to get all the oats out of the cup (I'm a truck driver and drink them while I drive). Never occurred to me that I could just make oat flour with the blender. This should help out a lot. Love the vids. Keep them coming.
Thank you, I am considering this as i feel like i need to stuff my face 1-2 hours before bed to hit my calories to bulk, I am 130 pounds and 6 foot 1 and I am active during the day and dont have a good appetite. I lost weight on a 2 day vacation without trying and got slightly weaker.
I've been looking all over the internet for a good smoothie to gain mass but they just all had alot of ingredients, really thankful for this and will absolutely try it.
Thank!! I was taking ON Mass Gainer for a year and went from 150 to 203, but then a blood test revealed high cholesterol. I think from the maltodexterin. So Im going to give this a shot, Im down to 192 now
Awesome, thanks! I find it hard to get the calories down so gonna keep these ingredients at work and give this a shot for my "didnt bring lunch" days. I would love to see some more mass gainer shake recipes, that would be awesome
oh great call on that.....this shake works so well. honestly, I've never used any others bc this one is so good but can put some thought into and try one live on camera
I like the chocolate milk if weight gain is your goal......Greek yogurt as Long as it doesnt cause digestive issues, go for it. For me, if I eat a couple cups a day for a month or more I start to get really bloated
That’s really close to what I do. This might sound weird but a 1/4 avocado will thicken a shake like a lot. The avocado trick is good for when in a deficit . Kind of helps me feel full longer.
sadly thats just a wives tail.........think about this logically. we are not all created equal. to say all humans can only absorb "x" amount of protein/carbs/fats is wildly absurd. you think a 115 pound female can and should take in the same as a 300 pound NFL lineman? or a 65 year old male with decreasing muscle mass the same as a female firefighter? if you want to stay small thats the best advise, do half. if you want to push your body to gain new muscle tissue, you have to eat and eat a ton
@@CrisEdmondsTV oh, I’ve been out of the gym for years so I still have some of the older ‘facts’ in my head lol. I just started back at the gym now and am trying to gain weight fast so I’ll just go all in on this shake. Just got all the ingredients
Question from a complete newbie here. For context I am a very small built guy (5'7, 110 lbs.) and have never really been active in my life so I have never really consumed a huge amount of food before. I'm going from never having done anything active to trying to reach 125lbs and get in good physical shape to join the Air Force. I really struggle to eat a lot of food, and on top of that I barely know how to cook. What I've gathered from the video is these shakes are healthy meal replacements for guys like me and there would be no problem consuming one of these daily, is that true?
that's why I track my BS numbers closely. some may be prone to that, but if you train hard, do regular cardio and dont eat shit food the chances are very slim
if raw oats bother your digestion, please do NOT do this shake. I guess I just assumed that didnt need to be said or in any of my videos. for example if you have a seafood allergy, dont do the shrimp bowl
What ended up being the cause? When i first started eating oats i had bad diarrhea and stomach pain for hours and i recently started incorporating them slowly like 1tbs per shake at first got bloated but now it's fine i believe it was the bacteria in my gut getting used to all the extra fiber from the oats. Now i buy high quality sprouted organic non gmo gluten free oats seems great.
if I had to bet it was due to not blending the dry oats long enough......you need them to be like powder. or you may need more liquid in there. so add some water
got some throat issues from corona so its super hard to eat food especially chicken.. so this shake helped me alot to get in the calories and protein for the day!
so I personally wouldn't drink this before or after the gym. not after bc of the high fat content and not before bc the dairy. to me this is a great option right out of bed if you don't have an appetite. or right before bed when you are tired and feel like going to bed....easy to chug
