My yeast has been there for over 5mins, it’s not really turning out like you’re bubbly one what should I do, we don’t have much supplies so... ._. nope it still turned out beautifully this recipe is a 100/10 an amazing recipe i recommend this recipe the ppl that disliked this video are just jelous u inspired me to do more cooking at home thank you so mich and well done :D

I learned that smashing the dough into the blow technique a while back which is much better than forming a round like so many others do. Good job. Thanks for sharing.
*Mother Adjeley,* *I tried your dough recipe and it's so perfect ever. Though I did not make a pizza but did something else instead. Made a ball filled with cheese and hotdog then fried, and the outcome is so awesome. The dough is crispy outside but so soft and chewy inside. A really perfect dough. Thank you so much for sharing. For a common recipe, I'm likely just to search Google , but I've enjoyed my experience with Mrs Adjeley's Ghanaian recipes, there's no reason not to expand-- and this recipe is solid as any I've made from Food Network etc. I used this dough to try something new- personal size, frozen crusts ready in minutes in a toaster oven. It worked brilliantly, so meal preppers and singletons rejoice! I made the dough as listed, and just in case freezing made them taste funny, added a shake of basil and oregano (like many mentioned in comments). I rolled it into 6 small oblong crusts for decent meal-portion mini pizzas, then I added a little corn meal on the bottom :) I cooked them only 10 minutes- white and puffy, not yet golden, then cooled and froze. To use, I pulled one out frozen, did the toppings (Adjeley is right when she says go light on the sauce) and popped it in the toaster oven set to roughly the same temp until the cheese was melty and the meats got a little toasted. Because they're small, they were hot through and through. The crust was indeed soft, yet crispy. I'm pleased this worked out and moreso because it's always so nice to hear Sweet Adjeley's show. :D

Growing Up my Mother used to make us a crazy delicious Deep Dish Pizza with the veges under the cheese. Her Dough/Crust used to get thick 360 dgz. I've tried but cannot duplicate, but I will try this recipe ASAP Thanks Sweetie!!!
